Not the whole album......but there are more than a few of those songs that would be good club dancing tracks.
Just my humble opinion.......but what do I know........I'm just a musician......not a dancer or dj.

Anything by ME!!!!! Kiddin' I love classic and modern salsa. They should really play more S.H.O., Rey Ruiz, Frankie Ruiz, Luis Enrique, etc...... I've never heard a song from Luis Enrique's last album in any club here in T.O. ...and that album is KILLER!!!!!

I think old skool is always good...People like to dance to stuff they know..if they dont know the music they are not going to dance...and another thing there should be a smooth flow between genres if you are switching them. I ve gone to club where the DJ will be spinning a type of music and then BOOM! Suddenly change it to a genre totally the opposite and I ve had to literraly STOP DANCING and walk off the floor!

For me personally, i LOOOOOVE anything that is old school!! From old school salsa, old school reggae and dancehall!!! Oh and old school rock, like those good old times at MANA when it was on St.Clair!!!
BTW: A good Dj has to study the crowd each night separately as it changes from night to night....each night you have to feel that specific crowd and see what they are in the mood for......
I'm sure you have all the good songs and you play them, but feel your crowd the night of.....who knows they might be into Bachata all night per say!
You guys saw what happened at MAGNATE.....everything was going great with the music and some unknown merengue was played and the dance floor cleared and remained clear for 15 mins......(nice rest time but still..lol).....if you see no one is dancing, spice it up don't keep playing the same genre cuz you have a wicked mix prepared......lol
For me....the 3 to 3 combination is the best for a mixed crowd....

As a Dj you try your best to musically please everyone in a night club. You have to study the type of crowd and always try to get everyone to dance & have fun.
