i used to when i was younger...but know i put on biogel...i get the best of both worlds...


i have natural nails and they are stong and protected

Well, there is no option for me here.


I was doing it when I was a kid. Actually up to the time I had my braces and then, I stopped right away. My parents were so happy because they had tried everything that came trought their minds back then to make me stop.
