Sirius is a Satellite Radio Broadcaster with over 120 Radio stations. Here in Canada CBC got the rights to broadcast and sell Sirius with some restriction such NO Howard Stern. Each Satellite has an specific coverage based on its GeoSync Orbit.
In order to Listen Howard you had to get a Sirius receiver from the US because the ones you get here in Canada do not broadcast Howard Stations (100-101).
