I use TD bank, I think the rate is average for most banks, The orange bank ( forgot its name) seems to offer the lowest morgtgages rates, visit their website, it may be worth it.
Hey guys, we're in the process of buying/selling property and I'm wondering if any of you know who's offering the best rates right now. We had a pretty good rate with BMO, and if I find something lower they'll likely match it, and yes, I will do my homework, but I figured some of you might know. Lemme know, okay?
