For me it depends.....


I collect movies and music....so I do buy, especially collectibles....


If I only like 1 song from an album I will get it from someone through MSN or something...I wont buy the whole album.....

Bootleg movies for sure. I wouldn't spend more that $15 on a movie I will only watch a few times. Plus I want the movie not the art work or packaging.
Music I buy originals. It's more worth my money because I actually listen to my music daily.

Originals for me please, for both, DVD and Musisc.


With originals you get all the special futures, booklets, liner notes, etc. I find that bootlegs never offer a good quality product no matter where they come from.

I don't even pay for bootlegs, that's why we have Internet. The last CD I paid for it was Santana Supernatural.

For me art shouldn't have a price... so I don't pay for anything....


If I like a group I "pay" to go to their concerts, same thing with a film...


I think the internet is doing a favor to all those indie artists by giving them exposure...

Both for both… depends how much I like a movie/CD – If I like it enough, I buy the original!

I buy bootleg DVD's for movies I've never seen before. If I like it I buy the originals.
As far as music is concerned I tend to buy the originals.
