You should wait for the battery to drain and recharge it when it dead.....with rechargeble battery it has this memory effect that when the battery gets charged before it is completly dead then it only charges for less and less every time...One thing you can do is discharge the battery and fully charge it, do it for a bout a week and you should notice the life increasing little bit at a time.

The other thing you can do is grab some foil paper and just slightly tap both poles of the battery, like for 3 times...like shorting the battery, and that will break down the calciulm built up between the rechargeable cells.....make sure you just tap it...don't hold the foild on the poles.....this may produce a slight spark.....I've tried it it does not hurt the battery.....but try to do this when the battery is dead.......you will have to fully recharge it after doing this...you can try this like once a month or so....don't do it too often cause you gonna kill your battery...
