I haven't tasted el lomo saltado peruano,. but the ecuadorian style is the way to go,. aunque nosotros le decimos comida de P*ta,. porque es muy facil de hacer,.. ceviche ,.mmmm,.. ecuaodorian way,. encebollado,. caldo de bola de verde,. mmm,. i haven't eaten that in a while,. I m hungry

 Peruvian Jalea is great, i really enjoy it, especially the one prepared at "El Plebeyo", that's the best.


 I also feel like having a steak on a bun from that dinner on St. Clair in front of the ex-La Paisa.
