I got the solution to your problem.....

Pump Reggaeton 24/7........and the people will beg you to stop!!! They'll be at your mercy!!!

I've heard that the military is trying this in foreign countries...and it's working!!! People are surrendering in no time.

The only thing is ....You're gonna need some heavy duty ear plugs for yourself....

Other than that....

if you're not happy with people walking on top of you, buying a townhouse with shared walls might not be the solution. if you do buy one , make sure you actually go and visit your soon to be neighbours. you don't want to be sharing walls, AND owning the place.

How about you put like DEAD CHICKENS, MICE and stuff like that at their front door. You might just scare the sh*it out of them and they will be forced to move!!

I will be creative today and try various forms of noise making to piss them off. I may just leave the TV, Stereo and Surround sound on all at the same time and leave the house until 3am.

But I usually get improvements for a day or two at the most and then it chaos again. What can I do? Is there anything I can do? If your problem is with the kids you should suggest to the Parent to take them to Neverland, very sure Mr. Jackson will appreciate it.

Unfortunately Michael Jackson does not reside in Neverland anymore, but on the positive side he now lives further away like in Africa or something so that is definately a good idea.

No, that's not a good idea. They might like it, plus, it'll have repercussions in their future. You're targeting the parents, who are the ones with the "moving" capabilities. Kids don't usually have a say, and you can screw them up. We can't be that evil.

I can't ever just chill there when ever I want cause someone is making noise, and I've been kind of embarassed to bring friends over cause of all the noise they make. They'll think a fight club or zoo is being run upstairs.   In that case, you're gonna have to come up with a macchiavelian plan to get them out of the house for good. Like, in the middle of the night, start digging in the backyard and bury something. Or bring porn-star looking people to your house and ask the husband to come down for a drink. Or borrow a really scary looking dog for a couple of weeks. Or leave six boxes of empty beer bottles outside your door so that they think you're a raging alcoholic. You get my point. Force them to move, is what I'm saying, but do it creatively.

Damn bro I wish I could give you good advice about your situation. If they already know that the noise bothers you, then it just depends on their level of respect.....or lack of. I say you send them one last warning, then cut their power or something..lol

Maybe we'll take my band to rehearse at your crib one day to see how they'll like the noise!

What's up guys/girls I need some help.
I rented a basement apartment 5 months ago. It's actually not a basement but the second half of a house. It's a 5 level backsplit home, and I'm renting the bottom 3 floors. What can I do? Is there anything I can do?
