omg this reminds me of when i lived in a semi-detached home and our neighbers would CONSTANTLY complain about us making too much noise...she would even complain about having to hear the toilet FLUSHING!!...everything bothered her..we would always have to watch how loud our tv was..or that we didnt talk too loud...but u know how spanish ppl are jus loud in general..LOL..she even called the cops on us twice...until al final..they moved..
How about you put like DEAD CHICKENS, MICE and stuff like that at their front door. You might just scare the sh*it out of them and they will be forced to move!!
