Jaime how did u answere that part? For the improvement part I said that there was nothing I could think of that I would try to improve. I mentioned how she trained me when I started working with the company and that everything I learned was from her. Mentioned that she well rounded withing the company.

Jaime Cruz wrote: Hi everyone I was wondering if someone could help me. My friend applied for a job at a tour company and put me down as a reference. I just got the call from her potential employer, but I missed it and she told me to call her tommorow.I've never given references for anyone and I don't want to spoil her chances of getting the job. I was wondering if anyone knows what type of questions they may ask, as I'm sure they are general questions. Is there anything I should or should not say? What type of questions can I expect? If anyone can help that would be great. Thanks. If you don't want to spoil her chances of getting the job, I'd say you've been doing a good job already by missing the calls.
LOL Lahtina ... he is now prepared to take the call ...
