2005 overall was just ok. I accomplished 2 major goals, I am very happy for that. I have learned more this past year about life in general (not going in details). I was disappointed by few people in my life. No big changes over all. My friendship circle grew bigger. My family is absolutely great, I am thankful for that. Joining TH foro and meeting everyone was something different and rewarding, I am glad. Hopefully 2006 will bloom, and be more than just ok or insignificant, not just for me but also for all of us.
I must say I had one of the BEST years of MY LIFE in 2005!
So many memories and have accomplished most of my goals.
Dj'ed almost everywhere, had a blast working with all the night clubs and promoters! Thanks to everyone and special thanks to SHEIMY for introducing me into the CLUB SCENE, SABOR NUEVO, EL REPRESENTANTE, DJ EFREIN DINAMITA as well. Had a wicked year overall.
I hope this year is as good to me as 2005. So far it's looking AWSOME! DJ'ed @ PRIVILEGE to start the year and very soon A NEW HOT SPOT "Swallow Night CLub" Grand Opening Jan.20th "Liquid Fridays"

My 2005 year was O.K. can't complain, my family is in good health, work wise can't complain, love wise ummmmmmmm let's not talk about that lol, but I am glad that there is a new year I am starting it with my family and most important MY SON.
This has been a so-so year for me. Nothing especial, a bit more money at work but don't necessarily like the job. Personally it's been busy and boring ( not much action this year, if you guys know what I mean).
On the other hand, I had the chance to be part of this great foro of mostly latinos, it's been an opportunity to experience what young latinos live and feel in Toronto. And, I also had the chance to meet some of you at least once; though it was for such a short time. Really busy year, which is good in a way cause there's no time for melanchollic feelings.
This year was a mixed bag for me. It went from great to crappy and now in the last 3 weeks of the year it has been ok. Work wise I had a great year. I got to travel and I made more money than last year. Personally I have had many problems with my GF. We've been trying to work things out which is why the last 3 weeks have been ok.
my year had some good times and bad times as well...the summer was alot of fun...i went clubbing soooo much....sometimes id go clubbing 3 days in a row!!,,,all the PARTY PARTY....some good memories...some funny memories as well....actually ALOT of funnnny memories....all the drunken moments....hehe...espeically at the don omar concert...that was a good concert...and priviledge saturday nites....cant 4got those...

I agree with you girl.....I've learned to take in different peoples opinions on one simple subject.....it fascinates me how people are so diverse and unexpectedly unlogical.

It was an OK year. During the summer I went through a rough time but I'm glad I went through that experience because it made me realize a lot of things that I had not realized before.
I learned a lot about marriage, friendship, and that when it comes down to the nitty gritty, few are the people that will actually support you unconditionally and have your back. The ones you think will support you and accept you are the first ones to jump the gun, meanwhile the ones you least expect are the ones that actually give you that pat on the back or that word of encouragement, even if it's someone you just met. I guess I came to terms with a lot of stuff that I had known for a long time but did not want to accept, but I was able to do so this year.
I put my foot down to a lot of things, especially one of the biggest aggravators which was my previous job. I was unemployed for a while, but I ended up finding a job where I am happy and they value me and my work.
Also, one of my highlights was becoming part of the foro and meeting most of you. A few of you I keep in touch with and I have realized that you are great people to be associated with.
Asides from that rough patch, the year was OK. Hopefully this year will hold more in store for me. I gotta read up on my Scorpio Horoscope 2006, Chinese Snake Horoscope 2006, and pay a visit to a dear, dear lady who's advice and outlook have helped me so much.

damm what a year !!!! im enjoyed 2005 but i had my ups and downs like anyone else. this year i stoped going on the foro due to all the work with school and my upcoming cd. but i hope to make an impact in the upcoming year not just with my music but in this foro also. i wish all da best 2 all the foro members and there familys and all da best in 06.

I moved from Mtl to T.O and things had been better for me here since then.
2005 was a little rough on me though but I think that overall, it was a good year, full of surprises and new turns.
Got a new job, better place to live, etc....
Marriage is over, but on the other hand, I have never felt better
The family is still far away, I had no chances to go and visit, so it is a bit hard sometimes not being able to share moments with them, in person, specially in those dates. But are always with me in my heart and thoughts
Personally, I had an "insignificant" year.....nothing major happened, things were steady in all areas of my life.....2005 was nothing special........Also, I did not accomplish one of the main goals that I had set to accomplish....but with time I actually learned how to handle it differently.....

My BEAUTIFUL NIECE was born in March! Ella es la angelita de mi vida, awww and I finally got to see a mix of spanish with chinese/vietnames
I got LAYED OFF in May!!! And although I was sad not to see the same faces at work it made me super HAPPY it was about time I think ... Got a severence package and paid off all my debts!!! Yujuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!!!
Then realized I couldn't get a job and months passed by LOL! Until I decided to take off to Ecuador for 2 months ... another Yujuuuuuuuuuuuuu!!! But I missed the Don Omar concert
Came back in September, had a major stepping stone birthday was sad but now happy LOL!!! Still no job but unemployment kicked in Yujuuuuuuuu!!!
Was happy to be home, but then my dad also got layed off (but he is happy) .. Then I decided no matter what I need a job jijiji ... Pero nada!!
Then December came around and I got 2 jobs ... one I love which is this one I have now but it's a Temp and I want it to be permanent ... the other one well, it's for extra cash ... also I became more viciosa con el foro LOL ... met super nice people here in FOROLANDIA, just need to meet you all in person ... so that may be in 2006
So yes, alot of things happened this year in which I am grateful for ... Keep in mind that things happen for reasons ... and we must always smile ...
