Everyone in my office got what they called Deluxe big basket that include crakers, cheese,a bottle of a nice Cabernet Sauvignon,macadamia nuts etc.Some people were dissapointed because last year we got a gift certificate from lowblas for $100.00 so I guess they were expecting the same thing this year.

I used to work for Jewish Lawyers some time ago, they didn't do too much for us either, although they did take us to see Mama Mia...which i enjoyed. This is my second Christmas where im at now, and we had a staff party, which included meal, a few drinks & prizes, (T.V, stereo, mp3 player, Raptors tickets, etc.. and a few cash prizes) which didn't matter too much to me, 'cause i didn't win nada

....and the dj was pretty cheesy as well...

Anyway, we didn't get a bonus this year, but it's meagre anyway. Although as meagre as it is, I would've liked to have one We also had our department lunch today and we ended up going to this really, really nice place that I found being part of the Xmas committee. It's called Azure and it's inside the Intercontinental Hotel at Front and University. Very nice place, they gave us a private room and although it was buffet style, it was some really fancy schmancy food, really delicious. Highly recommend it.
