good call, going out ont he hill when it's too cold is not worth it.. i like going to quebec in the first week of april when the weather's gotten a little warmer.

another tip: when skiing/boarding in ontario do not think you can pull the moves you can pull in quebec or in the west coast.. the "hills" here are icy and taking a spill can really hurt if you're not careful

Like Preciosa I don't like winter, but I rather have a cold winter over earthquakes, huricanes, and so on. So I guess that's one the best parts of winter for me...well I kinda like skating, and I have gone skiing a few times, but that was a while ago, but my most favorite part of winter is My B-day, Christmas, and my sister's B-day aswell.

I love chestnuts roasted over an open fire....yep my dad literally roasts chestnuts over an open fire every winter and I love them!!

I love to ski!!!! It's so much fun I love downhill and cross country!

I love ice skating!! LOVE IT used to figure skate and I still love it!

I love taking my niece to Disney on Ice every winter!!

I love freezing my ASS off outside and then going home and defrosting with hot chocolate!

I love the lights at city hall!!

I love driving through Italian hoods and seeing all the nice lights

I love those days when you look outside and looks like you are in a snow globe!!

Most of all I love Christmas...xmas at my parents house is amazing and I love it!

i think st louis moonstone is the best compromise

bigger than horseshoe, not as big as blue mountain, but it's also one hour away and the snow is better than blue (blue is like a hockey rink)

also blue takes two and a half hours to get there and back (ugh)

I try snowboarding last year, that **** is hard, But I will definatelly try it again. So in other words what I like about winter is all the sports and and house gathering with frineds.

There is like 12 people in my house every winter weekend we do Xbox turnaments and get drunk jajajaja, love winter weekends, no one wants to go out so we party inside.

Winter beholds my fav season of the year... Christmas!!

What I love about winter is the scenery covered in a blanket of white. Especially those calm nights where there's no wind and a nice snowfall.

Of course I'd be watching from inside of my crib..lol
