We're looking for a highly organized, detail oriented, creative and flexible individual who is familiar with the pressures and deadlines of planning and executing large-scale Special Events. This position reports to the Director of Special Events & Merchandising for CHUM Television.
Qualifications and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Must have experience with planning and execution of large scale events
- Must have experience with sourcing and producing promotional merchandise
- Organizing daily hospitality requirements for various internal departments
- Organizing and conducting CHUM building tours
- Must have strong administrative and computer skills
- Must be available evenings and weekends
