(the "floor" is actually the ramp, I wouldn't be walking it, I'd be driving around and they are called Station Attendants)

Take advantage of writing your own performance review. Your boss probably has no idea what you do...Im sure you go over and above the call of duty all of the time right? make sure that they know that. Embellish a little or a lot. If you havent received a raise recently always ask for more money or even better perks- cell phone, courses, laptop, car mileage, gasoline etc.
