Actually........ I am... and I'd still be, just now I'd be "walking the floor" as opposed to being lock away in an office in the bowels of the airport


(the "floor" is actually the ramp, I wouldn't be walking it, I'd be driving around and they are called Station Attendants)

BTW, does any of you know a bilingual French/English person with experience in the order management / Acct Recievable field ? Because the only dark point is that they need someone to replace MOI and my mgr told me that they had a very hard time to find someone (in this case me) to take over my actual desk

Take advantage of writing your own performance review.


Your boss probably has no idea what you do...Im sure you go over and above the call of duty all of the time right? make sure that they know that.  Embellish a little or a lot.


If you havent received a raise recently always ask for more money or even better perks- cell phone, courses, laptop, car mileage,   gasoline etc.

I really hate that. Isn't it suppose to be you manager task and then discuss it with him/her and straight things up ?
