She is primarily a designer so she would get hired to do a certain project, if the project is interesting enough (tv show worthy) then they'll esentially do the whole thing at cost (contractors furniture etc) and your home gets to be on TV (I don't know if there would be any designer fees though)


(I'm mostly assuming this is how it works because of the way I'm asked to invoice)

How appropriate you posted this thread today. I'm home painting and it's not as much fun as it's been before. I wish I could get one of these shows to do one of the rooms in my house. Does your friend do that and how does one get on these shows? Or is this a totally different thing altogether? I'll go vote now.
