I think that's what it is, 'cause i've tried everything, cold turkey, the gum, the patch, hypnosis, Zyban, you name it (I haven't tried acupuncture though, I heard it's good) the bike, not too appealing specially in November, lol!

Hehehe, sorry. My ex boss used to smoke 2 packs a day. He said he took up cycling and that's how he got rid of the habit.

But do you honestly want to quit? I'm not addicted to anything, well, maybe chocolate so ... ok, forget it, I guess I can understand the lack of willpower.

How many cigarettes do you smoke a day?

It was easy for me to quit because I never smoked much to begin with and I was a social smoker. But since I've started jogging I can't stand the smell let alone the taste of it.

A pack of cigarretes can last me for almost 2 weeks. I only smoke during my lunch break. Sometimes at the end of the day. And on the weekends I smoke only if im out, around others that smoke. Im more of a social smoker.

but im lucky enough to be around non smokers cause the majority of my friends dont smoke. Only at clubs...but i usually stay away from those girls that smoke like no tomorrow

I smoke occasionally when I go out and usually I'll have a smoke at night, when I get home from work. And I only recently started smoking. Never did before, but it never bothered me either. In fact, I found smoking guys to be a turn on. Guys look so hot when they smoke!
