Well Chile, members of my family were tortured too, and friend of my parents have disappeared and all that. In fact I remember being in protests when I was a kid, and I remember my parents holding me in their arms and running away from the milicos. I remember when they threw a bomba lacrimogena in our apartment and we had to hide in the bathroom. But FUck, that's the past. I'd rather embrace Chile for all the good thingsthat were hiding throughout that period, and for all it is now too. A picture of PINOSHIT doesn't mean much to me...same as him. He is a mass murderer, a thief and a criminal, and now his a$$ is being harrassed for that, and his family's too. But for me?? I can let him win showing him he still matters to my generation, he's history and that's it for me.
Yeah see Daeveed I see your point but I disagree. I think it's important to remember....as it is they don't teach you the TRUTH in Chilean schools about what actually happened in during the military regime. I have personally met CHILENOS here in Toronto that know NOTHING about what happened in Chile. I have met people in CHILE that are clueless as well. I have a documentry at home called "The battle of Chile" that focuses on how ignorant some Chilenos are to what happened in their own country!! I think everyone must remember! We must never forget what happened! We must never forget how these people destroyed our country! I just went to an event on September 11 as I do every year to remember! Keep the memory of what happed alive so it NEVER happens again!!

Okay so NOT that MCROSISISI knows this (how would he) but I have family that was tortured and killed by his regime soooooo yeah I think I would like to read the foro without looking at this disgusting face.....I realize I am SUPER passionate about this type of thing but for good reason so yeah although he is part of CHilean history he is nothing to be proud of so I would look for an avatar without him. Chile, for me looking at Neruda, Mistral, Allende, and Vino Chileno, waaaay outshines a pic of McOSIRIS.....I mean PINOSHIT , so I don't mind it....it even makes him look more ridiculous besides the real icons.
