I actually feel bad for those people but YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS it is annoying when u walk in the store and they follow u around and ask u if they can help u with something...........(lol) I would never work on commision just so I get ignore

Comission?when you walk into a store, !ANY! don't you guys feel a little pressure from the sales associate to buy things from them?. how about the competition between sales people on the floor? have you worked on comission?working on comission is cheese!!
I actually turned down a job offer from Leon's just because of that. They did the whole interview twice and I aced it. Then in the end they tell me to take a walk around the department to "get familiarized with the store" (meaning I got the job). They called me in after to lay down the ShiTTy news that I'd be working for !00% commision....I was like HEEEEEELLLLLL NOOOOOOO!!!!!!!..lol. I said thank you BUT NOOO thank you....
