When you are eating that dulce de leche cheescake, you wont give a damn! Believe me... you start with the bitterer cheesy part and leave half of the cheesecake to eat with the dulce de leche thats on the top, that way the other half of your slice is that much sweeeeter!


YES THERE IS A SKILL TO THIS!

I agree with angelita dulce I hungry too but hey I love cakes but come on it is fatning and i hate people that eat and dont gain one pound LOL..............................

For me there is nothing like a French-style creme-brule:



crispy suggary top with a vanilla bean flavoured centre, un toque de whipped cream y un capuccino... DELICIOSO!!!

The only place I can eat all the flan that I want is at Mandarin...it's not the same as ours but it's close....

my madrina makes homemade Flan none of that box crap and the caramel is also homemade and it's so good !

I don't have a sweet tooth....and I rarely, if ever, have desserts. But Flan has to take the cake! (no pun intended..lol) It rare though to find GOOD Flan. At least I haven't yet.
