Funny that this thread would be revived today, because I did have an odd and suspenseful dream last night. Too long to explain, but to make a long story short my wife and I smuggled a baby from Cuba to Canada in my dream We had authorities chasing us from Pearson airport to our house and somehow escaped. I wonder what this mean
So I can't remember all the exact details to my last dream of this morning but...
I was in some weird, dark deserted high school... much like the ones in your typical scary movie. I was with someone, can't remember who, but we were headed towards the gymnasium. When we opened the doors there was a prom taking place. There were the tables full of food, a buffet I guess, and on one of the tables there were the most yummy desserts you ever saw. I was eyeing the ones I was going to have after dinner.
As we were making our way through the tables I noticed that aliens had invaded the party. They had come in peace though and nobody was afraid. I think they were afraid but just didn't want to give them any excuse to attack. I inspected their spaceships and some hats they had lying around. They were all made of paper. "We can burn them", I said to Buffy (lol, get out of my dreams, woman!) Then an army of midgets came prancing through the doors. The midgets were the aliens. We had to kill them!
I grabbed a butter knife and pretending to slip and fall, very convenient as the floor was a thick sheet of ice. I plunged my knife into a girl alien-midget. She was a tough bastard and I had to stab her several times. So much for making it look like an accident! Still pretending that it was though, I threw my knife in horror as if it were a disgusting cockroach. The aliens, apparently not too bright, believed my god-awful performance. "Oh my god, I am so sorry! It was an accident, you saw! Is she gonna be ok?" The leader of the alien-midgets took out a bunch of bananas and laid them around the fallen midget who was already beneath the ice. The bananas, I was told, was the source of their health. "Aaaaah!" I made a mental note, I would use it against them later.
Suddenly, a huge fiery-tank blasted it's way through the door. Everyone scrambled in all directions but they were only looking for someone in particular... me! God, I hate that kind of dreams!
I ran though the neighbourhood looking for a place to hide. Every single house was made of paper. I was doomed.
Aaaaaaaaand then I woke up... ugh, must I have such retarded dreams?!

I have a dream very often...and is always the same but with different scenarios .... I'm on a very high place and suddenly I fall....... and right before I get to the ground I wake up...I have that dream at least 4 times a month
I dreamt last night that two huge yellow snakes were choking me. I hate snakes. In fact, I have a phobia, and it was all really scary. They didn't bite me or anything, but they were literally choking me and I struggled to get out until I woke up. Does anyone know what this means? My better half says snakes in dreams mean enemies.

Yup you are so right. They are bad spirits/demons that are trying to bother you or scare you. Just don't let it get to you, because they can't do anything to you unless you let them. The way you do this is by fearing them, and not trying to fight back spiritually, because by not doing anything you are showing that you fear them more then you fear God, and this is what they want. I know that this may sound wierd to those that don't believe in these type of things, but for those who do you know what I'm talking about. Like I said before this is a spiritual battle, and the way to win is to have faith in God, and believe that he will come to help you, and it's obvious that he does, because you are here and awake right.
Girlfriend don't mean to freak you out but that was no dream. I know, because the same thing has happened to me many times. You know, like where you can't move your body at all, and you can't speak, but you want to, and then when you wake up or snap out it, but when you try to go back to sleep you feel like it's going to happen again. You see these are spiritual attacks. My advise to you is that if this happens to you again just start to pray in your head, and ask God to help you trust it will stop, and you will wake up fast. Sometimes it might take a while, but keep on praying and it will go away trust me. You are not the only one that this happens to.
OMG Esto tambien me pasa a mi y una vez me paso cuando tenia 4 meses de embarazo y tenia miedo por mi hijo pero gracias a Dios todo salio bien. And like Sweetness says since you can't move or anything just keep praying in your head and it will stop. I was told that they were BAD SPIRITS trying to bother the person.
I use to have bad dreams where a shadow is grabbing me or stands over my bed, when I first started to have them I would freak out and try to scream but couldn't, I somehow learned to snap out of it but if i went back to sleep right away I would start to have the same dream again....It hasn't happened for a while because I have learned to control these dreams and when they happen I wake up and say a prayer and read the bible....

You know what they say about shadows? A spiritual healer that i spoke to once told me that evil can make itself known to a person in three ways- AS shadows, as smells, and as feelings.

I do have nice dreams, some of them are weird..One night I had a dream with some of the foro members, some of them I would see as the avatar pics...those were funny... i don't remember what the dream was about. ..
If I see babies in my dreams somebody gets pregnant in my family and it already happened 5 times......and the most weird thing is that If I see them in blue.......and they end up having BOYS!
I had a dream my sister-in-law was in the hospital having a baby and when I looked at the calendar it was August 28. Her due date was on the 12 of September and I told her the next day about my dream and that I was 100% sure she was going to give birth on August 28.....she started laughing her head off.
I have had dreams that have come true, and happen exactlly how it was in the dream, but I feel that they were more like visions then dreams, because I was fully awake when I had them. I just saw everything in my head. It just popped into my head out of no where.
One dream that I had was about my grandma passing away. I remember that in my dream/vision I was walking into my grandma's house and there was no furniture in there except for some chairs that were all lined up in front of a coffin that was surrounded by tons of flowers. They were mostly white , red and pink. I started to approach the coffin, and on the way I saw my aunt crying, and all she said was she died, mi mama se murio. I stopped and hugged her, but I didn't cry because I didn't want to believe it. Then I kept on going untill I got to the coffin, and I opened it, and there was my grandma in the coffin with a peacefull look on her face. I started to cry, and then all of a sudden she opened her eyes (this part didn't happen in real life of course but the rest did) and she was saying something, but I couldn't hear what she was saying because she was in one of those coffins where they put glass in it so you can't touch them, because they put some chemical on her body so that it would not decompose as fast. Then I woke up, and started to cry. I told my mom about it, and the next day we called Guatemala, and of course she was ok, but 4 months after I had this dream/vision she passed away, and everything that I saw in my dream/vision happened in real life except for her opening her eyes ofcourse. Since then I have always taken my dreams seriously, because I feel that this is one way that God communicates with us when he is trying to tell us something.
I also dream in colour.....but not very bright colours.....more like greyish tones of colour....
I normally dream of people talking to me about something or other, like a proposal....and it's people from my past mixed with new friends.....family.....and familiar faces....
I sometimes wake up thinking.......................HUH?? how did so and so know that person? LOL
They say that if you dream of a weird mixture of people and places, you've probably had a weird meal.....

I've been having weird dreams of trying to find my boyfriend in weird situations. like last night i was looking through snowy banks for him, and then through a crowded hall where every one was dressed up like it was a gala.
I once dreampt that i was standing on the edge of a cliff over water, and some one pushed me off. I landed in the ocean below, and this weird doctor finds me in the water and takes me to this glass house full of mentally chalanged kids in wheel chairs, and i had to help them.. but the weirdest part about it was that gravity was pulling me in all directions and i could hardly move! It was like the center or the earth or something!
