Its great to be a BOSS when you get alone with everyone just fine.................actually is good when u work with your team and see them equal, cuz when the time comes for you to ask them to do xtra stuff they will never ask any questions or give you attitude, always had bosses, now that I get to be one I don't make the same mistakes

Its just that sometimes the employees dont make it easy for the bosses to be nice. Like for example coming in late, giving attitude, not doing there work, things like that.
So I guess an employee / boss relationship has to work both ways.
These pics are funny. But when people leave their job they should always leave on good terms because you never know when you might need there help. If you leave on bad terms maybe they wouldnt even give you a good reference if you needed it. Plus, yes some bosses can be mean but what about those ****-ee employees that can be even worse.
Not always. I had a boss that was more of a bad reference than a good one. People would be like, "You had HER as your boss? Poor thing. Here, you get the job."
