well from what I heard on cnn the hurricane caused floods in some places north of Cuba and in la Havana.

Confu, if it is of any help. My friend is in Cuba as well, he is in a hotel and they have them locked in (along with all the other guests), they are fine...just a bit bored. They boarded all windows to prevent shattered glass.
