I m ecuadorian,. and I love seafood,.. I guess u don't want to do ecuadorian food,..google some recetas,.. o si no,. Caliche tiene razon,.. frejoles con arroz,.. cocina arroz,. y los frejoles has un refrito con cebolla blanca ,. tomate y ajo (bien bien picado),. vierte los frejoles (en lata o frescos) sazonalo con sal al gusto y eso es todo,.. ( lo aprendi ayer ),.. de ahi lo viertes en el arroz o lo puedes servir por separado,.. haz carne o pollo ,. patacones ,. crema,, queso,. y eso es todo,..

IF YOU CANT MAKE THIS .... JUST GO TO SOME SPANISH RESTAURANT AND BUY IT ALREADY MADE.... WORKS FOR ME WHEN THE GIRL DOESNT KNO HOW TO COOK LATIN FOOD.....
