Broccoli is good for your system, it cleans it, and revitalizes it. Fideos are ok too, but they have a lot of carbs, you should eat fideos if you are going to do a physical activity, like sports. sometimes people eat fideos con broccoli... i don't know what that is all about, I mean come on! are you eating broccoli? or are you eating fideos? do you want to cleanse your organism? or do you want to get fat? I really don't understand people who eat fideos con broccoli...unles they put plum sauce on them, then it's really good. Plum sacuse brings it all together, because it has the properties of something natural (plum) and all the crap of processed food (sauce). So if you ever decide to eay broccoli with fideos, you better have some Plum sauce nearby...and mescalin.

I think fito is so cute! I don't know why some people in this latin forum hate on him. Thats why latinos in Canada are always in the gutter especially getting help from terrorists that pry on latinos because they have have no self esteem and no culture behind them.
