Everyyear before october I start chewing vitamin C tablets,if I don't, then I tend to get similar symptomns like yours.  I know the feeling, sometimes I go to the walk in clinic and they prescribe me a strong syrup.


  So, go to Shoppers Drug MArt and get a bottle of chewable vitamin c tablets, and you'll see the difference.

I was like this last week and the week before that, but I think this was from sleeping with the fan on and smoking too many blunts in one day.

What about gargaras de agua tibia con limon y sal?  That works wonders.  Im sick too, i think it's that wet basement smell at my work from the flood last week.  My eyes are itchy, stuffy nose, bit of a sore throat.  And i gotta go away and look pretty tomorrow.  I hope im not like this tomorrow.
