I just tried this one.....it worked wonders for me........I yelled at people at the top of my longs....for no reason.....you can say whatever.....but the louder the better........The phrases that worked best for me was...."YOU SUCK!!!" and "AAASSSSOOOOLLLL"

close your eyes and focus on your breathing, clear everything else from your mind. Dont force your breathing just breath normally. If some other thought comes to mind SLOWly go back to focusing in your breathing. Dont fall sleep. Do this for 10 mins. or so. 30 sec before you open your eyes slowly start getting aware of your surroundings and open your eyes slowly...then rub your face with your hands and eyes, ears and head..... It works.....
