Lobster Thermador ala God-

Two large steamed lobsters, split the under bellie and the claws removing all meat.
make a cream sause by mixing melted butter with flour adding cream until very thick and creamy add, pinch of salt white pepper a dash of worcester sause, a dash of tabasco, a dash of nutmeg, all in a skittet of course. then remove from heat add the lobster meat and fresh chopped cilantro.

Then spoon the lobster meast mixture back into the hollowed out lobster shell.
sprinkle lightly with a GOOD paprika and then broil to a golden brown.
Serve with 2000 Ferrari and Carano chardonnay and you will be a God.
