Couple weeks ago I was about to get the Ipod touch but after some reading I decided to get this instead, the Nokia N800, the perfect device for when you are in the road and dont want to carry a bulky laptop, I highly recommend it.

The Nokia N800 internet tablet features a large 4.1-inch 800x480 touchscreen display, which displays both text and pictures very clearly. Other features of the tablet include WiFi connectivity, Bluetooth, a mini-USB port, and a 3.5mm headphones jack. It runs off a 320Mhz TI CPU, and 128MB RAM, and includes 256MB of flash storage and two SD slots.

Alongside the top of the tablet is the on/off button, zoom buttons, and microphone. On the front of the Nokia on the left side next to the screen, is a a 5-way joypad as well as three other buttons - one for closing applications/windows, one for application menus, and another button for task switching. At the bottom of the tablet is a kickstand which folds out to prop up the device, which is great for watching videos on.

It really depends.... film has a certain "feel" to it, the tonalities and the film grain gives the pics a very analog kinda vibe but digital pics can be good too because they are easy to manipulate (no darkroom, all photoshop) plus there is the instant gratification factor of seeing your pics right away... I guess its a matter of personal preference. I still have a regular SLR but mostly I've been doing all digital for about 2 years now..

they dont have to owe u a b-day gift....they'll give you one if they want to. You cant force someone to.

I have a sony mini dvd that takes pictures but normally they are not the greatest.....for a 10X Digi Cam you have to spend big bucks ..you gotta invest on something like a Cannon EOS around 2.5K......

Personally If you dont need nothing fancy from a digi cam just good quality pictures a 3.2 Megapixels with 3X it's just fine.

@miss lee, thnk God we have Telus as our data provider and so far its BEEN GREAT we went fron my BB to 25 and we also run BBES.

nothing like it. one thing not 2 crazy about is the cell phone part of it otherwise its awsome, we just completed a new telephone upgrade (BCMP) we can now redirect office calls to all out cell phones YIKES..................bad Idea but oh well.

haha i know people call all the time regarding that and i have to transfer them to data dept....but they are useless so they call me back and yell at me....lol

ok i wont ask about the three cell phones lol.....but try getting rid of the pager and having the pages come to your B.B. we always have to do that at work people always replace their pagers with their B.B. so we just email them the messages on that, since i lost all my "brick" (pager) work pages/text my cell.

by the way i hope you don't have rogers for your B.B. they suck for data support, trust me teddy rogers doesn't pay me enough for me to support all his products everyone complains atleast once a day to me!!

GEEK is my thing, these are my toys.....keep in mind i got them when they just came out (3/4 years ago) and some of them i had to order over the net because they didn't have them in canada at the time :(
