There are many Latinos that look like they're black not latino, but that doesn't make them any less Latino then the next man. Look at Dominicans for example I have to say that the majority of them look pure black and not Latino, but the fact that they look black doesn't make them any less of a Latino then the next man. Latinos come in different sizes and colours. We have white, brown, black, native and so on.

I met this guy once in the winter time and i had a conversation with him. He told me he was mixed, Dominican/Brazilian. My friend knows him from long time ago.
