Can't say for sure if that's true or not but I have been hearing that for a few years now.
What I do now is true is that P. Diddy's clothing line, Sean John, has been accused by American Human Rights groups of manufacturing they're clothes in sweatshops in Panama and Venezuela. Of course, P. Diddy has denied these allegations and vowed to look into the matter to make sure no under age people are emplyed in the Latin American factories where his gear is made. The problem here is not only under age workers but also the employers that are of age that are mistreated and under payed by these sweatshop owners.
If that wasn't enough, P.Diddy whent even further with his under-appreciation of latinos by offering Tego Calderon a miserable $2000 to pose for a Sean John billboard ad. Our man Tego told him where to go. Not because of the low offer but because of the Panamanian sweatshop use. However, P. Diddy found himself a famous Raggaeton artist with no sense of Latino pride, unity and without any morsal of social consciense to model for his clothing line. Keep your eyes open this summer for Sean John ads featuring Daddy Yankee. Yup, seems like "Latinos, Stand Up" was just another marketing line we fell for.
