the sad part is that most of the girls who will be lining up for this pill are more likely to be very young... early teens... what do they do if they are under the age limit? I don't think they will be bringing mom or dad to help them get it... but surely they would find a way "around" it... which, at the end of the day, may not be so bad.

I AGREE here!! I think that in order to get it over the counter make it 21+ and otherwise one needs to go to a clinic or something like that!
Although I agree that the Morning After pill could be taken carelessly, I also believe that its a time saver if it is to be dispensed over the counter. Sometimes its a hassel to have to go to a walk-in or to a family doctor. So if can be obtained over the counter, its more convienent. This doesnt imply that it should be used as birth control method, just as a back up.
The morning after pill itself is good for a lot of cases such as rape, broken condom, etc... but like anything else that's for a good purpose out there, it gets abused and this is no exception. Parents need to raise kids to be a lot smarter and more responsible when it comes to sex and kids need to start actually listening and being more responsible and mature, specially if they are going to be having sex.
