Anony, I didn’t mean in a bad way when I said to get revenge. See it’s in brackets, & not a suggestion to take it to the court. Alright . It’s really nasty that someone used his name like that, to get away with shoplifting.
Genei you really have to do your home work. Find out what your saying first. Cause these are not grounds for defamation. Is this the only legal word you know. Cause your throwing it around like free candy. Its not that easy to proove this. And the legal fees are out of this world.

This is very true Don but what you can do once this is cleared up and you come out innocent is sue him for Defamination of charater! but thats about it i think not sure but im sure you can sue on that basis! if thats the route you choose to take but i say let it go just clear your name and done with!
