My PERSONAL Opinion on this is "NEVER do Bussiness with a Latino Agent".


Sorry they may know thier sh_t, but they are far from being profesional &


 understanding the meaning of Confidentiality.


Getting them to assess you does NOT mean go & tell the whole latin community my business as part of your conversation.

 I bougth a house with my brother, the real state agent works for the latino and italian comunity, i think he's quite decent, he really helped us doing a lot of legal staff,and gave us advice in buying the house.  He tried to sell us a less expensive house but we decided to go for a newer one and face the consequences haha!.


 That was about ten or eleven years ago, I think it was a fair business for us and the sellers.


On the other hand, once we tried to sell and the big lady-singer came to see the house, I could sense she had friends wanting to buy a house 'cause She offered a lower amount than the aproximate value.  I could smell a rip off. so be aware of this lady,or it could be ok to buy a house through her,but never sell a house with her.

Yes ...don't get all excited and compromise with the first dealer..... it's your money..and its one of the biggest investments of your life....don't let anybody take advantage of that......

I'm also kinda afraid of using a latino as I did once to sell another property that I had and he did SH!T for me....................I had to fire him and find another agency..........he told me he was going to have a open house and he sure did he was there for maybe 1-2 hours....I have dish at home and when I came back the porn channel was on LOL dammm...

Yes dude you have to buy ur mortgage first when u have it in hand the real agents will kiss ur ass for ur biz......

Also dont get the Insurance with the bank.....unless is good....be very careful in that thing...if you need help on this I have a Colombian Friend he can walk you thru this thing....


Try to get you property taxes IN the mortgage...so you dont have a HUGE bill at the end of the year....




If you are getting a used house get it inspected..... dont buy it without inspection....

Not all Latinos are the same God.


We personally dealt with two latinos when we bought our house and they did a good job.

I was like you, trying to give business to a Latin real estate agent, but unfortunately, they're not as Proud to be Latino as we are, and the one that I dealt with was very blatantly trying to rip us off, so we went with somebody else. You know how it is, business is business, right? I don't know about the other ones, though, so somebody might suggest a really good one. Personally, I dealt with RealtySellers, which is a very innovative company. The percentage that they charge you is really low, and they actually give you half of it to you, IN CASH, right away. The catch is that you have to do your homework, and they're not as readily available as the other real estate agents are. But it's really worth it to see some cash in your hands when the deal closes.
