When tehre is a will, there is a way... there have been successful lawsuits against people who downloaded music (at least in the USA).

well welcome to reallity, if you let your picture be taken by an extranger be sure he won't protect them from others, now you can SUE the web side for letting others used your pictures, same way you can sue your ex-boyfriend for using your personal pictures to the public, so just make sure that when you agree to let a web page take your picture you are open a big door of disrespect againg you.
now there is a technology that protect the pictures. i think TH and others web sides should used this technology to avoid been SUE by the people they take pictures.
we all know the web side or peomoters take pictures to create TRAFFICT into their sides and to advertise the success of a specific event - by they are doing this by putting at risk the integrity of the inocent people that agree to get their picture taken.
is the same way you copy music and movies without permision from the web, well this time they are using your pictures without permision just because they are easy to grab from the net.
So call the web side tell them you will SUE if they don't protect the pictures. and you can sleep better tonigh.
