Chale Tanga i know that restaurant you are talking about with the Chinos well its called Phoenix and i advise you to not, i repeat NOT go there. to tell you the truth, sometimes the most ghetto looking places have the most amazing food!
I have to give a shout out to Pupusa Loca.. have to.. lol ummmm.. there is Mi Tierra (columbian), there is also this amazing little place at el mercado latino on milvan.. its the Dominican place, I forget what its called but its really good. There is also this spanish/chinese place downtown.. i think its on dufferin and something... not too far from the plaza flamingo area... I dont know what its called, but its gooood! They look chinitos, but they speak spanish... Sooo good!
We did what our favourite foods where, tell me what are the best Latin restaurant. It could be that little joint (even if it's ghetto looking) you still good because the food is amazing.
