I think there obviously needs to be an initial attraction.. that does not mean he needs to look like a model but something needs to grab my attention... A man's face is most important to me especially his eyes! Next is trust and honesty... without these two things a relationship is nothing... I hate liars and I hate fake people! Money is not a major issue however he needs to have a job because I dont like lazy people... Sense of humor is also important and I think there just needs to be a click!
Well for one, I gotta like the guy..........SO, he has to have "some looks". Honesty, cause I can't stand liars. Well dressed........now he doesn't have to dress in expensive clothes, but just look good, and not too many advertisements on his clothes either..............I hate that! Responsible...........Just so he knows a little about what life is about! Well mannered...........without manners, you're just plain rude and don't know how to interact with the public. The financial.......dude must have a job, cause I don't want no broke guy. What if I was in a jam and needed a bit of help? I'd do the same for that significant other. And of course, he must be able to dance somewhat good...........At least keep up with me.

I WANT IT ALL (lol, lol).......so my answer is "All of the Above" & more if I can get. lol, lol
I figure why not have it all in one guy (tons out there).
My choice would be money (it's important).......wait not cause I'm materialistic but money helps & love alone does NOT pay bills or feeds a family. I THINK IT SHOULD BE AN EQUAL BALANCE OF ALL THESE: (love, respect, attraction & money).
I know I'm gonna be eaten up alive by everyone, but everyone has there own personal drives.
