It doesn't happen everytime, but usually when I am not in the mood and I can say that I am very "mental" person. If I am not in the mood, I am just not going to do anything. BUT sometimes I want to "please" my bf (when he is that "H" state), so then I'll do it but I stimulate myself like that. Weird I know.
For me it varies: there are times that I am into the moment, enjoying the woman I am with and fully focused on her and totally into her responses... but from time to time, the mind may wander and maybe get a mental visual of Byonce (or insert your favourite celebrity's name here) and all of a sudden, I find myself fantasizing while busy.
