Too too much competition Too many risks (from competition / competition's enforcers, from the kind of customers you may get, from the city/law)
Not really worth the risk to dirty up your name, your re****tion, and your criminal record - and should your record get dirty, it may have an effect on too many things. BLEH.

Well, I may be totally off, but I would imagine it's a pretty 'dirty' business (I also had been toying with the idea, some time ago)
Let's say that I have couple massage "therapist" but...it doesnt seem very hard to run a biz of that nature.....
I don't think it would be hard at all, but the business is what it is. Why not ask your 'therapist' friend/s? They might know more of the ins-and-outs of the business. Let me know if you need help to better asses the situation

When you say "Spa" do you mean "Spa", or do you mean "SPAAAAA"?
Anyhow, I don't know the requirements, but I'm sure you can find out from the city fairly easily. Also, If you mean "SPAAAAA" I would be more concerned about the "competition" coming to 'break your legs', than the legalities of things (unless you have hookups, of course)
