Do u think the spanish chocolates, can food etc they sell is directly from back home?

A couple of days ago I bought a bag of chocolates but they don't taste the same?

Have you see how old those products are?? If you want fresher products coming directly from home it would much more expensive as most of Latinoamerican countries don't have the   custom/tariffs benefits with Canada as they would with the States.
They are brought from home to NY or MIA and then after a while the surplus is sent to  here  trough a different logistic channel (I assume) ... next time check the expiration date, I got once a oatmeal drink that expired two months before I drank itweirdface...

some are from back home but most of them are not, u have to remember that diff countries have diff food regulations so it would change how the food is made packaged in one way or another.......
