Creo que uno se los debe esprimir los limones en el agua y tomar... pero Dany may preffer to take the whole lemos as supositories! hmm

Just make sure that that lemon has been washed/handled properly - otherwise, do you know how much bacteria you're putting into your glass of water?

I started last week to drink lemon water and I noticed a big difference on my skin and I no longer burp like a monster lol. It's a great way to detox your body you guys should give it a try!
