To me diet is just staying/eating healthy....just part of ur life. Don't get me wrong......if I crave or wanna eat junk I sooo will, just not everyday or even that often.

Well, if that is the case, then I am always on a diet too. I am a healthy eater, I am just not one of those people who are counting how many grains of rice I have had or if I have eaten too many potatoes.

I don't eat junk food cuz it hurts my stomach, but I it is not like I follow and actual diet (read Atkins, or Southbeach etc).

Lol I enjoy my bielitas as well, although I am more of a wine drinker to be honest.

@ Alegria - I'm always in a diet, I can't afford not to be in one. LOL

I used to think that way, but u don't really see the diff and u have to work even harder at the gym..... eating right makes such a big diff its crazy.

Don't lose too much weight, really skinny guys look so fragile, almost breakable. On the other hand, if you build muscle, you automatically also lose weight so win win

I know, i think i done well so far i've lost some weight and gain muscle, i don't really want to lose any more weight but i don want to gain a little bit more muscle.

hahah speaking of fast food........the other day i was at duerrin mall ..deciding on what to eat....i was waiting in line for some fries at mckee dees ..and some oversized fat caker lady wearing an exco hoodie

took flipping hours!!! to order...por la chucha!! she ordered like 10 combos ..she was being an unpatient customer and started yelling out 'HEYYY YOOOO MY 4 KIDS NEED TO EAT B1TCH lol!!!!!!! ....the porkchop dude standing beside me almost had a seizure laughing ....

i wonder how many times the black dudes at the back kitchen must have spit on her food biggrin

Generally, I prefer not too eat fast food- for some reason my stomach can not take it sometimes. But, if I have to or don't want to cook - Pizza (Dominos or PizzaHut), Wendy's, or Roasted Chicken.
