LG are u good at construction/repairs or are u the type that takes things apart and then can't put it back together?

That's the way to do it... otherwise, construction labour costs are wayyy to high!

Yes I forgot about Flipping Houses.  I would luv to buy something and re-sale it.  On my list to do.  I know this guy that started with one house and then ended up buying 3 houses and renting them.  Advantage was that he did a lot of the work himself.

Reno shows. I eat them up.
Flipping home ones, are the ones I watch the most.

I do enjoy them and have used some of their tips while re-decorating my house. In the w-network I have seen some loft renovations.

There is not really major on tv anymore and Reno shows are the best.

I luv when they re-construct houses and divide rooms.  One thing I haven't seen too much though is lofts being worked on.

Reno Shows are the best i also love watching them.... I've used some not many because i don't usually watch tv much.

Whose into Reno Shows and if you are have you actually used any of their tips on projects you've done?

I could watch Reno Shows for hours....they make it look so easy!  I have though found their tips useful.
