Of course T.O is not as bad as other cities, pero la delicuencia ha incrementado en los ultimos años. Desafortunadamente los medios de comunicacion exageran y de una u otra manera enfocan o exponen MAS los crimenes cometidos por afro-americanos. Stereotyping is what makes individuals hate each other in this society. We, latinos, have a "history" as drug dealers, does everyone here does it? I don't think so, but yet if someone has a "nice" car , house etc,. ya somos juzgados de que estamos vendiendo drogas.

ohhh pleaseee, la MAYORIA de los negros siempre andan diciendo que si no tienen un buen empleo es por la cualpa de los blancos(Chinos, Latinos etc...) siempre se la tiran de victimas pero andan en WELFARE, tienen empleo CASH y se jalan un carro del año! Yo tengo decendencia NEGRA. Lo que mas me lastima en el alma y me encabrona es ver como lo de mi misma raza (negra) busca la excusa de su color por todas las K-gadas que les pasa y que ellos se buscan!

It is too bad you feel that way . I am sure that someone else out there is having a similar prejudiced discussion regarding latinos. Things will never get better when people are unwilling to see things from other's perspectives.

I guess the GTA is getting worst and worst every day.
its not as bad as u think.....i just came from chicago and u should see the amount of homicides the city had in 1 year compared to toronto....detroit even worse
T.O is still considered one of the safest cities to live in......as long as u dont get involved in no BS you are most likely fine

For ONCE I agree with you. I actually get really annoyed when poeple say "Wow... TO is getting really bad!" huh? If you see, most crimes in TO are either crimes of passion or between gangs/wanna be gangs. You'd rarely hear someone got killed 'cause of robery. Back home (and I'm sure in MANY other major cities) it's a daily occurence
I agree with this....back home that's notthing.....When I was there...one morning some drug delaers decapitated 12 cops...and they put their heads right in front of the station...

The scene where the suspect's car, a Lexus, was reportedly found in connection with the murder of a man on Highway 401.
A man was shot on Highway 401 near Keele Street at about 2:44 p.m. this afternoon and pushed out of a moving car. The victim has been pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say that the suspect is a female, and that she exited off the 401 at the Keele exit.
Reports say that the suspect vehicle, a champagne-colour Lexus, was located on fire at 2 Armel Court near Albion and Weston Roads. The fire has since been put out.
The canine unit has been called in, and is searching the area around the nearby Humber Valley golf course, however police have not confirmed this information.
The eastbound collector lanes approaching Keele Street in North York are closed as the OPP conducts a criminal investigation and interviews witnesses.
A blue tent and a blue tarp are covering the victim's body as officers investigate.
The OPP are trying to get the cars that are backed up on the eastbound lane to turn around one by one to get off the highway.
The OPP asks that anyone with information contact them at 1-888-310-1122.
