Thank you for your welcome..., my background is Armenian...(not American) some people mis-read that :) I guess I'll be checking the events section as you have suggested to see what is happening around..., but meanwhile if you (or any other member) know about a nice event, suggestion, or idea, then let me know please
My interest is to meet and to make new friendships outside of my cirlcle, not just to 'only' practice my spanish, but to have new circle of friends. Like I said in a previous message, I like meeting new people and knowing more about other cultures.
I read some of the messages here, and it seems that there is a bunch of you that know each other, or I should say that you've been around here enough to make your own circle of friends...

Yeah, like GENIE said welcome to our little community I'm sure u'll enjoy just as much as we do :P. YES, most of the people here have a latin/spanish background, what is urs? I'm sure this site will help u with ur problem of places to check out so u can meet new people, just take a look at the event part of the foro, alot of latin things going on here in Toronto, well take care and good luck.
