yes they are  so it will rain when they want it to rain and not when mother nature feels like it....... and last time i saw a map of the world china was very far from canada...... no it doesn't affect us in anyway.

I was talking to a teacher yesterday and he was telling me that they are spraying something in the air in China so it doesn't rain and that is why we are getting so much rain?

Does anyone heard about this?
