use a paint gun and shot them in their balls.... the owners for not cleaning up after their pets, not the poor innocent animals!

@ Dogo i see your point....ok forget peeing on the grass but more like leaving poo on the grass.

@LG ...it's the neigbours that take their dogs and don't pick up after them & no i won't get rid of the plants or my little evergreen tree

EASY and OBVIOUS: Just get rid of the plants!
ALTERNATIVELY: Get rid of the cat/dog!

Away from peeing on the plants, I understand... but away from peeing on the GRASS??? Where else is the dog going to pee?

(unless you train it to pee in the toilet...)

My neighbour tried placing moth balls on the lawn? Seems to work. Someone else told me to drop black pepper on the ground? Nothing to harm the animals though? Ideas?
