In the taxable part, here in USA to cash out you need to fill out a W-9 Internal revenue Form in this way they have your information to report to the IRS at the end of the year how much they pay you when the amount is equel to $600 or more. In the payments you receive taxes are not discounted at the end of the year when you report your income you will report it with a 1099 form the company sent you. Basically this is the same when you work as a subcontractor for any company. This is the same process for the other company where I'm and independent REP, they sent me a 1099 Form with the income I receive and I must report it. It was a pleasure to help you. If you have any question in the future I'm glad to help you.
Regards, Octavio.

Thanks. Yes, I'm aware of how it works. (not sure I understand the relationship with Golden Panda -or lack of- though, but...) Interesting, yet seems a bit fragile... Then again, people use to laugh at Amway, I guess Is this available in Canada? AND how does this work for Canadian tax laws? (not sure you would know, since it seems you operate out of the USA, but I guess a general idea will do) Are you taxed on "returns" (rebates) or on "cash outs"?

Yes, what happens it's that Golden Panda it's a separated company from ASD, both use the same technology and the same phylosophy, almost the same comp. plan. you can advertise your website Free if you surf some ads a day 15 sec/ each. If you want to earn money as rebates then you have to purchase a package from $10 up to $50,000 they increase your package 25% and surfing everyday 24 ads you earn rebates daily around 1% of the package. The package will expire when you have received 125% of your initial purchase. If you want more details you can register free. Here goes my link to Golden Panda and ASD, ASD is under upgrade so it's not completly functional.
I've looked at ASD some time ago, then lost interest, and always very skeptical of these "systems"... but now just getting curious and researching it a bit, again... and found this on the ADS site. Could you explain what this means?
