I can tell someone's lying sometimes - Sometimes, it's impossible to prove, though.
If I know the person well enough, I can almost PREDICT what they are about to say before they even say it... and once in a blue moon, I'd scribble something on a piece of paper, ask them what it is they were gonna say, and then I'd show to prove I was right!
I almost never use the "Sear to God" or "Juro por Dios Santo" lines to prove something... I have only done it once or twice when I thought it was extremely important. I Swear to God I don't swear that often!

can you? well, when you know she's telling the truth to identify unusual behavior when she's not. A liar's eyes may refuse to make contact. do you use the Swear to God type of thing?
