intimacy in a marriage is defientely important and the reason it dies out is cuz there is no communication between the couple. If oral sex is important, try to find out what is stoppin the partner? it could be a matter of changin diets to perhaps discontinue constant drinking/smoking etc to make u not so 'fresh'. Perhaps eatin more fruits (pineapple is key), washing the mouth atleast 3 times a day to proomote freshness/cleanliness. etc etc. Maybe its psychological, maybe she/he thinks a device that urine comes out of doesnt belong in the mouth area due to bacterias, etc etc. without talkin, ull never know how to make each other happy
