I was reading something about that, 90% of the nursing homes in Ontario don't take good care of the elderly.
I wouldn't be suprised why are they there anyways ... well, if they have no family I guess that would be better then being home alone but many have family
It was in the news yesterday about something else... something like a man bouncing a 9 month old off an inflatable mattress or something like that... lemme see if I find the link.
